The Biodiversity in American Memorial Park

Sev and I took pictures of the biodiversity of life in American Memorial Park. We saw a lot of different kinds of plants such as coconut trees and mangrove trees. We also saw a lot of animals around the mangrove swamp such as crabs, mollusks, spiders, birds, and butterflies. We also saw different kinds of plumeria flowers in the park. Sadly, we also witnessed trash such as cartons, soft drink cans, and soba containers around the mangrove swamp area in the park which is a threat to biodiversity. We saw 100 kinds of mangrove species. This is a small number compared to the 400 species of mangroves that were present in the park 10 to 15 years ago.
